ACLS is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac arrest care. It teaches recognition and early management of peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia and management of ACS and stroke. It also covers airway management, pharmacology, and reinforces basic life support skills. The course contains all required training compressed into one day and will be fast paced. Breaks will be brief and limited so we can cover all the information in the time period. People usually pack a lunch and snacks for this class.
